the Arrow mod

Could you make Arrow mod?

It may include:

-Arrow model This one is good only needs conversion tf3dm.com/3d-model/green-arrow-52534.html but quiver is separate tf3dm.com/3d-model/green-arrow-quiver-4171.html 
-Bow and some custom anims. (maybe 2 variants Season 1 bow tf3dm.com/3d-model/green-arrow-bow-75051.html, and season 2 tf3dm.com/3d-model/bow-zingler-55875.html this one is good only needs darker texture)
-Speciality arrows(for example explosive arrow [arrow models tf3dm.com/3d-model/green-arrow-arrows-53330.html]) 
-Grapple arrow (He used this like batman his grapple gun)

Optional:
-custom fighting style and anims (could use bow as mele weapon like he sometimes does in TV series   Martial art what he uses is showed good in 2:10>   )
-custom anims when he uses grapple arrow
