I am trying to get the Iron Man IV mod working for the PC version of GTAIV and I'm lost. First I downloaded the 2.2 mod package from the gta place and followed those (incomplete) instructions and the only thing it got me was Nico's model is now Robert Downey Junior. I seem to be missing a lot. Next I downloaded the v2.2.2 package from this site and tried to do what this site told me, but nothing has changed. I can't figure this out. I think I might have screwed the game up now.
1st) is there a way to completely change GTA4 back to "factory settings?" Get ride of all the changes I've made so far and start fresh? If I delete and reinstall GTA4 will all the scripting crap I've done stay in there? Will all the files I added through OPENIV be reinstalled?
2nd) once I have re-downloaded and everything is back to normal - HOW DO I GET THE IRON MAN IV mod working? That's all I want. This link I was linked to - gtaxscripting.blogspot.com.br/2013/07/openiv-package-installer-guide-user-side.html - Doesn't help. I need a starter guide for beginners. Iron Man IV for DUMMIES. I DESPERATELY want to try this mod and maybe eventually some of the other awesome mods I have seen. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED. Thank you.
